Bulk Barn is all about big. It’s Canada’s biggest and most loved bulk food retailer. They offer big variety, big fun, and big possibilities. It’s the only store where you can buy a wee pinch of this or a big pound of whatever that is. Inspired by scale and abundance, we updated the brand to appeal to a bigger audience. All graphic elements were paired with big, playful copy to create a bold brand with a big, big heart.
Enbridge’s pipelines cross hundred of properties across the country creating a network of “neighbours.” To help everyone feel connected, we created a cookbook filled with each family’s favourite recipe. This piece included a box (which makes it easy to share and add recipes), and profiles on some of the people and farmers that are connected.
The Glance app creates a new visual language for scheduling and time management. This app uses a heat map built around a pie chart to give users an at-a-glance view of their calendar activity.
By pulling data from existing apps like Outlook and Gmail, you’re able to see scheduling details across day, week, and month views with segment size and colour used to show event density and priority.
The MVP1 interface, designed for visionOS, is organized into three columns: navigations and category controls, heat map with timing labels, and details with actionable items.
Pickles are for more than just burgers – especially when it’s a Bick’s. In fact, there are (at least) 101 ways to eat one. This rich media unit invited people to satisfy their pickle craving, and find a new way to enjoy a Bick’s, by simply pressing a big yellow button.
The four month campaign delivered results you could really sink your teeth into: 90+ seconds of interaction time – that’s 300% more than the next highest performer.
A fun rich media project gave us the opportunity to spend an evening in an IKEA warehouse, creating as many fun permutations of forts and other creative uses for a couch as we could.
The end result was a 3D animated, transforming couch that showed the couch is for everyone, including kids, sports lovers, and the out-of-town uncle crashing for the night.
While working on the P&G account, I got the opportunity to concept and design a Mr. Clean online game announcing the combination of Mr. Clean with the scent of Gain. We called it the "Scenalator"
The game involved using fans and opening and closing doors to earn sprays, your chances to clean the whole house.
Designing the game rules and interface was a fun challenge that let me flex my skills in a different area of customer experience.
How do you grow the percentage of insurance policies purchased online from 18% to 44%?
For TD insurance, it included an intricate design system that serviced a complex ecosystem of products, a new quoting system, and continuously deployed enhancements based on user testing and usage metrics.
